Our Story
Once upon a time there lived a 10 year old girl named Mariel. She loved to make art and wanted to become a successful artist like her daddy.
One day, she asked her dad for some clay and tried her best to become a sculptor. Weekends, evenings and any free time she had, she molded, folded, and baked clay.
One by one, she crafted what has now become the World of NugBuggers. She started going to art fairs and kids events to sell her tiny handmade friends. She noticed that kids felt a personal connection to each one, saying "That's me!" She sold out her very first show in 30 minutes!!
So impressed, her family invested all that they could to help her bring the magic of NugBuggers to other kids (and some kids at heart). Mariel's dream of becoming an artist was finally happening.
